Privacy policy

AI Game Night ("we") runs this website and the YouTube channel @AIGameNight404. This policy covers both, and the software we use to manage our channel, "AIGameNight Studio".

This website

• No accounts, no forms, no advertising, and no cookies.
• We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and no local storage and doesn't identify you. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the site.
• Your browser may remember which game pages you've opened the results on. That stays on your device.
• Videos are third-party content from YouTube. A video loads from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play; from then on Google's privacy policy applies to that player.

Our YouTube tools (AIGameNight Studio)

AIGameNight Studio uses the YouTube API Services. It is used only by us, on our own channel, to upload and manage our videos and to read the comments on them. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

• What it accesses: our channel's videos and their details (titles, descriptions, captions, thumbnails, playlists), the channel's analytics, and the public comments on our videos, including commenters' display names.
• How it is used: to publish our episodes and to read what viewers say. Comments are read by a program that writes us a short summary of the feedback; that summary is written by an AI model from Anthropic, which receives the comment text to do so. Summaries are in our own words and don't copy usernames.
• What we keep, and for how long: copies of comments are kept on our own computer for at most 30 days, then deleted or refreshed from YouTube, so a comment deleted on YouTube disappears from ours too. The access token for our channel is kept on that computer, in a folder only we can open, and is never shared.
• Sharing: we don't sell or share YouTube data with anyone, apart from the comment summaries described above.
• Deletion: to have your data removed from our copies, email us; we act on it within 7 days.
• Revoking access: anyone who granted AIGameNight Studio access to a Google account can revoke it at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
